We at I.M.A. Assessment and Training Center, we do a complete assessment and training services and solutions both online and offline that provides a dynamic learning experience to our seafarers to keep updated with the latest changes in the Shipping Industry. We have a state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and highly qualified instructors that are former Masters and Chief Engineers with strong background in operations and management of the vessel. We have our own Research and Development that can develop tailor-made and customized training programs that meet our clients' requirements.

The primary goal is to provide high quality pre-employment qualification focused on assessment and training of officers and crew for all types of vessels; firstly to meet the standards of competence set forth by the STCW Convention, 1978, as amended; secondly, the standards set forth by our Principals and Ship Owners; thirdly, the standards laid down in the Rules for Certification of Training and Competency Management Systems, Standard for Certification as Maritime Training Provider/ Institutes and other applicable national and international standards and to ensure the involvement of our people in achieving the vision of the organization.
